Dance Fitness Class Schedule 

Our dance fitness classes are a fun way to burn calories and one of the most effective forms of cardiovascular excercise. 

 

At Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness, our multipurpose studio offers an interesting and comfortable environment in which to exercise. Our instructors are trained in the latest procedures, and you're guaranteed an enjoyable yet vigorous workout.

Class: Street Dance

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Street Dance classes have been designed to provide service users all ages and abilities with a fun, energetic workout utilising the lates dance craze moves (i.e. the Nae Nae, The Floss, The Candy and much more) to increase the heart rate, improve coordination skills, timing to music whilst burning calories.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (shorts, crop/sports bra, vest, a long sleeved top and long bottoms (for cool down and if the studio is cold), a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

Learners are advised not to bring in any valuable items or wear any jewellery to sessions, as Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness Ltd, will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items.

Class: Burlesque 

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Burlesque Classes have been designed for service adult users aged 21 yrs +.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (shorts, crop/sports bra, vest, a long sleeved top and long bottoms (for cool down and if the studio is cold), a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated.

Features of the course:

  • Our Twerk fitness class has been designed to provide service users aged 21 yrs + with a fun, vigorous workout designed to work the upper and lower extremities.
  • The session will enable learners to activate various muscle groups, improve overall flexibility, body strength  and confidence level by simply learning to: shake, shimmy, wiggle, whine, pump, isolate and gyrate.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness wear, trainers), a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
