Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness specialises in both one-to-one and group fitness programmes. Our expert trainers will design a fitness routine to specifically cater for your needs and goals. Regardless of whether you're a complete beginner or training for a marathon, our instructors can customise the perfect routine for you.

Class: Legs, Bums & Tums

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Legs, Bums & Tums classes have been designed for adults of all abilities
  • Sessions will focus on exercises that will target the lower body and core region.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness clothing and trainers, a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated).

Learners are advised not to bring in any valuable items or wear any jewellery to sessions, as Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness Ltd, will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items.

Class: Body Bootcamp 

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Body Bootcamp classes have been designed for adults of all abilities
  • Sessions will focus on exercises that target the upper, lower body and core region uitilising minimal Equipment and own body weight.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness clothing and trainers, a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated).

  • Our Drum n Bass  classes have been designed for all ages ranging (from 5yrs old - 60yrs+) and of all abilitieS.
  • Sessions will focus on exercises that will improve overall cardiovascular training.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
