Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness specialises in both one-to-one and group fitness programmes. Our expert trainers will design a fitness routine to specifically cater for your needs and goals. Regardless of whether you're a complete beginner or training for a marathon, our instructors can customise the perfect routine for you.

Class: Legs, Bums & Tums

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Legs, Bums & Tums classes have been designed for adults of all abilities
  • Sessions will focus on exercises that will target the lower body and core region.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness clothing and trainers, a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated).

IMPORTANT NOTE

Learners are advised not to bring in any valuable items or wear any jewellery to sessions, as Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness Ltd, will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items.

Class: AB Attack

 

Features of the class

  • Our AB Attack classes have been designed for adults of all abilities
  • Sessions will focus on exercises to target core region.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.

Class: 50 Seconds Burn - Circuits 

 

Features of the class:

  • Our Circuits classes have been designed for adults of all abilities
  • Sessions will focus on exercises that will target the entire body to improve overall strength, muscular endurance and overall agility.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness clothing and trainers, a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated).

Class Funky Step Aerobics

 

Features of the class:

 

  • Funky Step is step aerobics class with a twist. Influenced by a variety of music genres (e.g. funky house, garage, dancehall, RnB and much more).
  • This class has been designed to create a fun packed choreographed workout, that focuses on toning and shaping the butt and thighs, in addition to increasing your overall endurance, mobility and coordination skills as you step up and down on a rectangular step.
  • This session  will focus on exercises to target the lower and upper body region utilising a step.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session.
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness clothing and trainers, a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated).
