Flexibility Class Schedule 

Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness specialises in both one-to-one and group fitness flexibility programmes. Our expert trainers will design a flexibility regime to specifically cater for your needs and goals. Regardless of whether you're a complete beginner training for a personal health reasons or just recreationally. Our trainers  can customise the perfect regime for you.

Class: Stretch, Fit & Flexibility/ Splits Training


Features of the class:

  • Our Stretch Fit & Flexy class has been designed adult service users.
  • During each session careful instruction by a professional trainer will be provided, to outline the do’s and don’ts of the session
  • Appropriate attire is required at all times (comfortable fitness wear, trainers), a small towel and a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
  • Important note: learner must not bring in any valuable items or wear any jewellery to sessions, as Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness Ltd, will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items.


Class Timetable: 

Thursdays: 11:30am - 12:30pm

Sundays: 2:30pm - 3:30pm
