Program: Beginner Twerk Training

Session Features:

  • If you are looking to for a fun vigorous workout, that will work the upper and lower extremities. Then our Twerk-A-Gise Session is definitely for you.

  • No experience will be needed, as this session has been designed to enable beginner learners, to activate a variety of muscle groups they may have forgotten about. With our beginner program. Learners will have an opportunity to learn how to shimmy, shake, wiggle, gyrate, whine, pump and even isolate.

  • Our online programs is suitable for adults aged 18yrs +.

  • Each session will consist of careful instructions, implemented by a qualified fitness professional outlining the do's and don'ts to ensure client safety.

  • In terms of attire, learners will be required to wear either shorts or leggings, crop/sports bra, and a comfortable top. For the warmup and cool down phase a long sleeved top and bottoms to keep warm. Heels or trainers and a pair of knee pads is recommended.

  • To ensure that hydration levels are kept up. Learners will also need to make sure that they have a bottles of water to hand fir each session


IMPORTANT NOTE

Learners are advised not to bring any valuable items or to wear any jewellery to sessions, as Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness Ltd, will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items.

Session Features:

  • If you are looking to develop your overall strength and endurance levels through a range of training techniques. Then our Strength and Conditions program is definitely for you.

  • Our strength and conditioning is a combination of on and off the pole exercises, carefully selected to provide the learner with a challenging workout 

  • No previous experience is required, as everything learners need to know will be covered diring the session
  • Our face to face pole fitness program is suitable for anyone aged from 7yrs+.

  • Our online programs are suitable for adults aged 18yrs +.

  • A each session will consist of careful instructions, implemented by a qualified fitness professional outlining the do's and don'ts to ensure client safety.

  • Aerial equipment used by Pole-A-Gise Dance and Fitness will be an industry standard brand by X-pole.

  • In terms of attire, learners will be required to wear either shorts, crop/sports bra, vest/t-shirt. For the warmup and cool down phase a long sleeved top and bottoms to keep warm. Heels or trainers and a pair of knee pads is recommended.
